Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India):
All our pieces are handcrafted with care, and orders are typically delivered within 5–6 business days across India.
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
A tracking link will be shared with you via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to most countries.
As our products are handmade, delivery usually takes 10–12 business days.
Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, please email customercare@tvishaclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
Products purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued as store credit, or to the original payment method (only in cases of defective or incorrect items).
Reverse pickup will be arranged based on service availability.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@tvishaclothing.com, along with clear photos and order details. Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

International Orders:

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
